Contact: manager@digitalcloud.pro. When hosting Customer Content solely on a Customer’s instructions, the company acts as processor under the DPA.
2. Data processed
We process account and contact details, order and billing records, authentication and security data, device and network identifiers, service configuration and usage metadata, support communications, fraud and abuse evidence, consent records and information required by law. Payment credentials may be collected directly by payment providers rather than stored by us.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to enter into and perform contracts; comply with tax, accounting, sanctions and lawful-request duties; protect services, users and networks based on legitimate interests; establish or defend claims; and send marketing only with consent where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared, only as necessary, with infrastructure, connectivity, security, support, communications, payment, accounting and professional-service providers; authorised personnel; business transferees subject to safeguards; and public authorities where legally required. Providers are bound by confidentiality, data-protection and security obligations.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards where required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses. Information about relevant safeguards may be requested using the contact above.
6. Retention
Data is kept only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, the contract, security, backup cycles, legal claims and mandatory tax or accounting retention. Criteria include the account status, sensitivity, risk, limitation periods and legal duties. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless preservation is legally required.
7. Rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent. Requests are normally answered within one month; lawful extensions may apply. Identity may be verified proportionately.
8. Complaints and security
You may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), https://www.cnpd.pt/, or another competent supervisory authority. We use risk-appropriate technical and organisational measures, but no system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
9. Cookies and automated decisions
We use the following cookies in your browser. Strictly necessary: cookie_consent (365 days, first-party) records whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies; it is set on the parent domain so that one answer covers both digitalcloud.pro and my.digitalcloud.pro.
Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” and are deleted when you withdraw consent: _ga and _ga_63JTVLW4VP (set by Google Analytics, 2 years) distinguish visitors and hold session state; ga_mp_cid, ga_mp_sid and dc_attr (first-party, 90 days) keep a copy of those identifiers and of the campaign parameters you arrived with (utm_*, gclid, msclkid), so that a payment completed later — an automatic renewal, for example — can be attributed to the visit that produced it; dc_attr is set only if you arrive through a tagged campaign link. The recipient of analytics data is Google, and data may be transferred outside the EEA.
You can reopen the consent panel at any time through the “Cookies” link in the site footer, without signing in; choosing “Decline” there deletes the analytics cookies listed above. Our support chat stores its own identifiers in your browser to keep a conversation going.
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means unless disclosed, lawfully authorised and accompanied by required safeguards.
10. Changes
Material changes will be communicated through the website, account or email as appropriate. Previous versions should be archived.
